We’re using a new court reservation system called Club Automation. This is also how you become a member.
To become a member, please click on Access My Account on our Club Automation site. Then, fill out the online form, check off the ‘above terms’ box, and you’ve created your account!
Additional notes:
A. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to enter/verify basic information about yourself (fields with an asterisk are required). On that initial page, the e-mail address you enter and the password you choose will be your log-in information going forward. Please save that information to log-in to the website in the future.
B. Also, we do require on that initial page that as a member you put a credit/debit card on file. The credit card that you enter will become your “house charge” at the club. We want to assure you that your credit/debit card number is completely safe. Club Automation is 100% PCI DSS compliant and after entering your card for the first time, only the last four digits of your card are ever visible. The online transactions use a 256 bit encryption which is the same encryption that banks and credit card companies use.
C. With a credit/debit card on file, you never have to worry about paying in person for any activity at the club. All purchases, including lessons, programs, beverage or pro shop purchases are all able to be charged straight to your house account (you are still able to pay in real time if desired). All charges for the current month will be run on the 2nd day of the following month. With an e-mail address on file, you will automatically receive a statement at that time detailing the charges for the previous month.
IV. Check your email and click on the link provided to confirm your new account.
V. Login to your new member profile.
VI. Click Buy a Membership and select your membership type.

During initial account setup, here is how to have the account in the parent’s name, and membership in child’s name:
I. Parent opens account in their own name
II. Log in and purchase membership
III. Click on Sign Up for Junior Membership
IV. The system will show a screen asking if membership is to be in parent’s name or child’s name
V. Add child’s name
