Jon Pendano is a highly qualified strength and conditioning specialist holding certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the International Tennis Performance Association. For the past 3 years, as a Tennis Performance Trainer, Jon has worked as the Director of Fitness at the Pacific Northwest USTA Regional Center.
Jon is a former professional athlete who played defensive back for the Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets, and the Houston Texans as well as overseas for the Frankfurt Galaxy.
Jon’s programs are based on the latest research in exercise science, sports psychology, sports nutrition, and strength & conditioning to develop and maximize each individual’s potential. The combination of Jon’s athletic background, education, and experience provide him with the tools needed to assess and implement the highest level of athletic performance enhancement training for any athlete.
